Welcome to SUBLIMNL (Subliminal LA). These Terms & Conditions apply to our online store and purchases from us. Please review them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not place an order. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you. Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping details, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and keep account access secure. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, infringe others’ rights, or use bots to bypass purchase limits.
Products, pricing, and orders
Product descriptions, sizes, colors, availability, and prices appear on product pages. Screens may display colors differently. We may correct errors, but corrections do not remove your rights regarding an existing purchase. The currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and total payable are shown before you complete checkout. Promotions are subject to their disclosed conditions.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for stock shortages, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a disclosed purchase limit, subject to law. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for canceled items. We will not substitute products or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.
Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains production, dispatch, destinations, and shipping charges. Allow up to 2 weeks for production and dispatch; most orders dispatch within 5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. We ship domestically within the United States, with free standard domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more. International shipping requires prior approval through our Contact Us page. Delivery estimates may depend on the carrier and destination. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within the legally applicable period when no time is stated, we will provide the required delay notice and a choice to consent to the delay or receive a refund for unshipped merchandise. Preorder timing, if offered, will be disclosed before purchase.
Contact us about missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries so we can investigate. For any international order we accept, duties or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the destination authorities, as disclosed for the transaction. Nothing here limits your rights concerning delivery or risk of loss under applicable law.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
All sales are final, except where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, or other remedy. Refunds or exchanges outside those requirements may be approved at our discretion. See our Refunds and Exchanges Policy for the full terms.
Submit discretionary refund or exchange requests through our Contact Us form within 60 days after receiving your item. Inspect your order on receipt and report defective, damaged, or incorrect items immediately, within 30 days for consideration under our policy. Include your order number and contact us before sending items back. Cancellation requests should also be submitted through the form; a cancellation may not be possible after fulfillment begins, subject to applicable law.
The final-sale terms and reporting periods do not limit statutory consumer or warranty rights, and policy changes do not retroactively reduce rights for an existing order.
Intellectual property and third-party services
SUBLIMNL branding, artwork, photographs, and store content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping and retain records of your purchases. Commercial reproduction or misuse requires the rights holder’s permission, except where law permits otherwise. Third-party links and optional services have their own terms; their inclusion does not transfer responsibility for our own obligations.
Privacy and accessibility
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You can opt out of applicable advertising data sharing through Your Privacy Choices. For help accessing the store or completing a purchase, see our Accessibility statement or contact us.
Optional email and text messages
Marketing enrollment is voluntary. If you separately opt into SUBLIMNL marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring messages, which may include promotions, product launches, and cart reminders, using automated technology at the number you provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Any additional program details are shown at enrollment.
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to unsubscribe; a confirmation message may follow. Reply HELP or email info@sublimnl.co for help. Tell us if your number changes. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. Necessary order communications may continue.
Site availability and consumer protections
We work to keep the store accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or waives rights under California consumer protection law or other applicable law. Your remedies for defective goods and our failure to fulfill an order remain available.
Governing law and resolving concerns
California law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory protections of another jurisdiction that apply to you. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. You retain the right to use courts or other remedies available under law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date, with additional notice where required. The version presented when you order governs that purchase unless a legally valid change is agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
